The eight hexagram of Qian are all metal, and the Chen Xu Chou Wei are earth, are the parents of the Qian palace (metal). The Wu is the official ghost, the Shen is the brother, the Hai Zi are the descendant, and the Yin and mao are the wealth, how to separate what is the palace that is out?

After the hexagram come out, you need to know which palace it belongs to. You have to separate the upper and lower trigram. Each one has to use this to compare it. When lower trigram are different, look at the upper trigram. For heaven wind this hexagram, the lower trigram is different so take a look at the upper trigram, then you know it belongs to Qian palace. Heaven mountain hexagram;s first Yao and second Yao is different so look at upper trigram. Heaven land hexagram the lower trigram three Yao are different, so look at upper trigram. Wind land hexagram upper trigram, the upper and middle Yao are different, look at the opposite of the lower trigram, Yin become yang, and Yang become Yin. Mountain land hexagram upper trigram the first Yao is different, look at the lower trigram, and all there Yao are opposite, Yin and yang change.  Fire Land hexagram, the upper trigram first and third Yao are different, look at the opposite of the lower trigram. Fire heaven hexagram, upper trigram middle Yao is different, look at the lower trigram. Once the palace has come out, and the seething of branch check the table on the third page. Divination is the simplest tool for street reading.

Once the gua is out, set the branch yourself, the five element of palace is fixed. Qian Dui are metal, Li is fire, Zhen Xun are wood, land is water, Gen Kun are earth. In branch, Chen Xu Chou wei are earth, Hai Zi are water, Si Wu are fire, yin mao are wood, Shen You are metal. The rules for the branch setting is in the third page of the handout, so I won’t go into details here.
