Benefits of Green Greens

Eating more green vegetables has always been an advocate of Dr. Chen Yikui. It has many benefits, especially on a person's spiritual level. It also has a great impact, because green vegetables contain several very good trace minerals. These minerals will affect aperson's emotions; suicide is one of them if chronic insufficiency can lead to extreme behavioral deviations.
Today, I read Dr. Chen Yikui's article on my personal line homepage again. In the earlier article called "Dietary methods can be used to prevent suicide incidents", it reminded me of a story about a divorced middle-aged woman in the newspaper a few years ago, who suffered from long-term illness. Unable to pay the health insurance premium, the rent, and even the living expenses, she committed suicide with the little girl who was studying in the elementary school. The reporter who reported the article disclosed that on the desk with only 20 yuan of total property left, there was a letter written by the little girl for teachers and classmates, as well as the homework that was written for the day. The little girl also wrote a small wish of her own. She knew that her life was about to end, but she was able to do her own thing as usual, and then obeyed her mother and left this world silently.
All of the students who read the last message cried. In the eyes of teachers and classmates, she was such a lively and innocent child. To be buried inexplicably by an adult who couldn't think of it was unacceptable and cruel. Reports of suicides with children like this have been happening all the time. The government just relies on the practice of controlling the sale of charcoal to reduce the occurrence of regrets, but it is only a temporary solution. The way to protect from the bottom of the pot is to encourage everyone to eat more green vegetables, as suggested by Dr. Chen Yikui, to maintain physical and mental health, and to avoid the recurrence of regrets.
