Nutrition affects physical and mental health

American psychologist Maslow proposed in his motivation theory that people have five levels of needs: physiological needs, safety needs, belonging and love needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. Humans have five hidden needs at different levels. The urgency of various needs at different times varies. And people's most urgent needs are the main driving force to motivate people to act. When urgent needs are met, external satisfaction turns into internal satisfaction, and people feel happy.
Last year, my friend Miss Jane was laid off due to the downsizing and merger of the company. Growing up in a single-parent family, she suffered from depression and sought help from a psychiatrist. However, she was worried about the side effects of taking too much medicine, so she asked me if I could use food, because she can’t sleep every night. I encouraged her to continue to visit the psychiatry department, and asked Jane's mother to cook five grains, egg yolk, chicken, pig, fish, and a lot of green vegetables (fried with large pig suet) also took Centrum everyday, and ate normally every day.
Half a year later, she found a job with a higher salary than before, and the medicine in the psychiatry department was also adjusted to only one sleeping pill. The doctor said that if she sleeps normally, she can stop taking the medicine. Jane's mother said that it is amazing to take nutrition correctly. Her daughter was having a new life.
