This is the situation of most people in the past, there is nothing wrong, but the current social situation is different. Now people should eat more bananas. Now everyone eats bread, French fries, and potato chips. The salt is so high and the sodium content is very high. Noodles are also high in sodium. Now, as long as industrial products contain sodium, If you don’t believe that just go buy a bottle of mineral water, it contains nothing but sodium. So when people live in this kind of society, including the meat we eat, when everything contains sodium, then you must eat a lot of bananas because of the potassium in bananas. Taichung bananas are different from Pingtung bananas. Taichung bananas have a higher sweetness, and more water, but Pingtung bananas have higher potassium content than Taichung bananas. The potassium contained in Taichung bananas is about 160mg, and Pingtung bananas are nearly 200mg. A person needs at least four a day if they want it enough.
