There is a sect of Zen in Buddhism called Zen. The most successful practitioner of this Zen is Master Shengyan. The definition of Zen is to follow the academic and medical circles, because he does not want to recite the sutras. There are too many sutras to be read, and they will be read for a lifetime. I know a friend who has a room dedicated to Tripitaka. When I read three lines of each book, I have lunch at his place. I said it takes a lot of effort to organize Tripitaka. He said that in the past it was done with state finances, just like Emperor Qianlong asked Ji Xiaolan to use 400,000 person-times to copy the Siku Quanshu.

Everyone thinks that Zen started with the sixth ancestor handed down by the Bodhidharma from India. There is still chanting in the fifth ancestor. The sixth ancestor is illiterate. Why did the sixth ancestor be passed down? Because the fifth ancestor was in the Yellow River basin in the north, the sixth ancestor was In the Yangtze River basin, the fifth and sixth ancestors were separated for several decades. The Buddhist Zen said that he had a very good mind and his mind should be empty. In fact, it is not. Zen is the operation of the twelve meridians of the Jing, Ren and Du channels in the Yellow Emperor. Operate with breathing, I teach you, you do it, it must be done in three years and four months. Like me, you can still stand on the stage in your eighties. You can talk freely without changing the wind and rain.

My brothers and sisters, some of my grandchildren are called me older uncle, some are called me younger uncle, and some are called me grand-uncle. After only half a year, the nose treatment will be better after 25 years, but when you are doing it, you must solve your nasal congestion so that the nose can breathe, and breathing through your mouth will not work.

This breathing is called diaphragmatic breathing. Diaphragmatic breathing is difficult to train at the beginning. You usually need to train. Don’t wear neat clothes and don’t wear a belt. When you inhale, keep your stomach open and the diaphragm. It will drop, the lungs will gather air, and the belly will retract when you exhale (exhale through your nose). Just keep training like this, and finally you walk like this.

The second point of Zen walking, the former ascetic monks don’t get sick. They wear straw sandals. They didn’t have wool socks before, so you should wear real cotton socks if you don’t have wool socks. You must wear natural socks and not chemical fiber socks. Chemical fiber has the problem of static induction. When walking, you need to use your five toes to grasp the ground, and you must also hold your hands while walking, but the little finger will be useless, so you should use the little finger as much as possible when grabbing things. When did I enlighten it? When I was in a large number of acupuncture classes, Zheng XX's major apprentice was named Tao, and he was a very kind person.

It was he who told me Taijiquan that I knew the inner meridian and meridian, and Zheng XX told me not to learn it. I said to Tao XX, "You are his older apprentice, you have to teach me." He said, "No, you must learn Zen to learn Taijiquan, exercise, and walk with your toes, grasp and release your hands." So If you learn Taijiquan and learn the essence, anyone bumps into you, unless you drank and bumped into others, he will feel away from you when you come, and finally he bumps into a telephone pole and you are fine.

I didn't learn very well, so I don't know how to do it, I don't know how to stray, I only exercise, breathing and walking like this. When you urinate again, you have to lift the anus, you have to lift the anus, and when you sit down, you must know how to lift the anus when breathing. This is Zen.

Zen most needs this 5A blessing incense. This kind of incense holder is almost gone. The hole of the incense holder should not be too deep. If it burns too deep inside, it cannot be burned. When you are sitting in meditation, smoke this incense. The incense should not be too far in front or too low. The incense should be scented. You want healthy Zen operation. We all design the incense to burn for four to five minutes will be enough, one tube of incense if use one once a week, two tubes can be used for one year. Meditate once a day, and a tube of incense can be used for a month. But if you are in poor health, do it four times a day, once in the morning, once before lunch, once before dinner, and once before going to bed. The effect is very good.

God will bully people, and what Taiwanese people say you will be blamed by God, and even God will bully people. Ghosts should bully people, because they want to beg for a bowl of rice and money, so they have to burn paper money. If I do this, the gods and ghosts do not deceive, the gods will not blame me, and the ghosts will not come to collect debts. It is natural for people to die, and when the time comes, they will die.
