Common high uric acid is mainly caused by the problem of purines. Soybean purine is the most contented. Black bean is also a type of soybean. Just don’t eat it. Tofu is made of soybeans. The purine content is very high. Peanuts have very low purine content. The comparison does not matter.

Purine is one of the proteins. The whole protein structure is in the skin of the soybean, not the whole soybean. The soybean with the skin removed will lower the purine index of gout, so you can eat soybean sprouts. Drinking alcohol will synthesize uric acid, which is metabolized by the liver to form uric acid. When the kidneys excrete poor uric acid, uric acid crystals are deposited in the joints and cause pain, swelling and deformation.

The most important thing about gout caused by uric acid is the lack of pantothenic acid, and the complete conversion of meat protein requires vitamin B6. Some people cannot convert tryptamine into nicotinic acid if they can't eat chicken, and they also have to supplement vitamin B6.

Asparagus also has purines, and shiitake mushrooms also have purines, so people with ventilation can't eat shiitake mushrooms, the same is the problem of purines.
